Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully as they govern your use of our services and your enrollment in our programs.

Eligibility

By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent. All users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

License to Content

  • All live sessions, recorded videos, curriculum materials, and quizzes are the intellectual property of VitiQuest Learning.
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access content solely for personal learning purposes.
  • Recording sessions via third-party software or sharing login credentials is a breach of contract and will result in immediate termination without refund.

Career Advisory Services

While we provide mock interviews, resume building, and career guidance, we do not guarantee employment. Access to the Career Advisory Team requires maintaining an 80% attendance record and passing all module-end quizzes with a minimum score of 70%.

Installment Payments

Failure to pay an installment by the due date will result in suspension of access to the LMS and live classes until dues are cleared. Payment arrangements must be made within 7 days of the due date to avoid course discontinuation.

Modification of Curriculum

VitiQuest Learning reserves the right to update the tech stack or curriculum to match industry standards without prior notice. We will notify enrolled students of significant changes via email.

Code of Conduct

Students must maintain professional and respectful behavior during live classes and interactions. Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior may result in expulsion without refund.

Note: By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident in your investment. Our flexible policies ensure you have options if our program isn't the right fit.

The ₹500 Trial Period

  • Users may register for a Trial Period by paying ₹500, which grants access to the first two live classes.
  • If you decide not to continue after the second class (before the third class begins), request a full refund of ₹500.
  • Trial refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the second class completion.

14-Day Money Back Guarantee

  • This window starts from the date of your first official class of the batch.
  • To be eligible, you must not have consumed more than 25% of recorded content or downloaded proprietary project assets.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email within the 14-day window.
  • No refunds will be issued after the 14-day window expires.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Refunds are void if you violate the Code of Conduct (harassment, abusive behavior, etc.).
  • Access beyond the 14-day window is non-refundable.
  • Discounts and promotional offers are non-refundable once the course has begun.
  • Batch transfer requests after the refund window may incur a 10% administrative fee.

Live Class Recordings

By participating in live classes, you acknowledge that your voice and/or video (if enabled) may be recorded for educational review and batch sharing. Recordings are stored securely and used only for authorized educational purposes.

  • We do NOT sell your personal data to any third party.
  • We share data only with: Payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe), LMS providers, and potential hiring partners (only with your explicit written consent).
  • All third-party partners are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection laws.

Your data is encrypted and stored on secure servers. We retain your personal data as long as necessary to provide our services. Once your course is completed and all dues are cleared, you have the right to request data deletion.
